**Mortgage Loan Originator (Wholesale) Position Summary:**

Our licensed Loan Officers work with state-of-the-art AI Technology and Marketing, handling accounts and leads from various channels. They build relationships with clients across the US, analyze financial situations, and recommend suitable products in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment and on the field.

**Responsibilities:**

- Receive warm transfers from our contact center/Tag Team National accounts.
- Lock loans at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package.
- Work closely with administrators and designated underwriters.
- Focus on new loan originations while Loan Processors handle ongoing loans.
- Ensure compliance with the 13-Day Close Requirements and Stipulations.

**Requirements:**

- Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations (Preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Two years of mortgage experience in a similar sales environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM/CMS System.
- Ability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.

**Schedule:**

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed Sundays/Holidays

**Supplemental Pay:**

- W-2 or 1099 options
- Base and/or Commission pay (depending on the legal position)
- Signing bonus for Top Originators and/or Business Development Representatives (MMI verified)
