Job description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.

Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontracts/purchase orders, close-outs, and managing project teams. The Construction Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget. They will also manage risks, ensure that quality standards are met, and provide exceptional customer service. The Construction Project Manager will also provide guidance and direction to project teams and ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Pre-construction Services, Project Management, Budget Control, Subcontracts/Purchase Orders, Close-outs, Commercial, K!2, Education, and Healthcare projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Manage project budgets.
• Monitor progress and ensure that project deadlines are met.
