Job description

This IT Support Specialist role requires:
- An Associate's degree in IT, or a related field, and 1 year of professional experience or 2+ years of experience without a degree
- Experience with hardware and/or software troubleshooting, both remote and hands-on, including PCs, laptops, peripheral devices, and O365 applications
- Strong customer services and communication skills
The IT Support Specialist role is responsible for:
- Providing timely advanced support for IT support tickets from end-users
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Managing infrastructure, workflows, documentation, policies and procedures
- Working independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to end-users
