Salary: $18-$20/hour
Job Summary: Our client, a leader in home building and development, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Kathleen, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest or experience in home building and development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities: - Perform general office administrative duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Handle invoicing and assist with accounts payable/accounts receivable tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently for creating documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and routing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications: - Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
