Role Overview
While our Team Members provide a fast and accurate ordering experience with true southern hospitality, the Shift Supervisor assists the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation. As a Shift Supervisor at NFRG, you will feel empowered to make decisions that lead to high levels of guest satisfaction for the betterment of both our guests and team members alike. The Shift Supervisor will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Supervisor is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service.

Store #1 opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 17, 2003. Within 6 years we crossed the state line, 4 more years opened our first franchise location, 4 years after that went international and now as of 2023, we have opened 160 stores. And it’s just as exhilarating as day one. Every new store brings a renewed dedication to guests, to stay true to our original mission and true to our roots.
