Job Title: Digital Account Coordinator
Job Purpose:
As a Digital Account Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in our team, supporting the Account Manager and wider Account Management team to deliver exceptional service to our hospitality clients. Your primary focus will be on optimizing revenue through strategic marketing and eCommerce solutions while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Campaign Management:
Take ownership of monthly or ongoing tasks to execute and maintain client campaign initiatives across various digital platforms such as websites, SEO, SEM, display, and paid social.
Create trafficking documents and deliver assets to AdOps, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
Prepare monthly Digital Marketing Reports and Presentations, highlighting Key Performance Indicators and conducting thorough analysis.
Web Maintenance:
Make routine content updates in the CMS (Content Management System).
Assist end users with CMS features and coordinate with the web team for maintenance tasks.
Internal and External Coordination:
Maintain professional and timely communication both internally and externally.
Manage projects and tasks efficiently, setting timelines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Record meeting notes and coordinate with teams to ensure everyone is aligned on action items.
Customer Management:
Work closely with assigned client contacts to fulfill immediate needs and address inquiries.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Account Manager and/or Account Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising channels including display advertising, SEM, SEO, paid social, and website analytics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
1+ years of experience in account management and digital marketing preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Work Environment:
This is a remote position, requiring a high degree of discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively in a home office environment or office setting.
Expected work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., subject to changes communicated by the manager. Flexibility may be required to accommodate client schedules in different time zones.
Travel:
Up to 5% travel may be required for this position.
