Salary: $72,000-$78,000
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Family Continuity in is seeking a Clinical Site Manager to provide the clinical, fiscal and administrative oversight for the site’s provision of behavioral health and human services to children, adolescents, individuals and families in a variety of office, outreach, and community-based settings.
Family Continuity is rapidly expanding its energetic workforce to lead fast paced, innovative clinical programming in our six different sites throughout Northeast, Southeast and Central Massachusetts . Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership, team building (nurture and promote team relationships), and systems management skills in a team-based environment.
Utilize clinical writing skills and support and develop staff’s writing skills.
Understand and utilize budgets and basic budgetary charts and information to manage programs in fiscally responsible manner to achieve the agency’s financials goals and mission
Formulate and market existing and new program endeavors as they fit into and effect quality program operations and person served treatment.
Responsible for staff coverage for day-to-day operations and maintain on call system.
Promote community visibility of program services through networking and marketing opportunities.
Attend/send designee to all relevant System of Care meetings; MBHP Best Practices meetings; other state system/agencies (DYS, DMH, DCF, etc.).
Maintain community committee memberships, such as with DCF Area Boards, Coalitions, CHNA, etc.
Monitor productivity for each staff and overall for the site.
Ensure that budgets are on target and fiscal goals are being met— achieve revenue targets; actual vs. budgeted must be the same or better.
Review and comment on all critical incidents and safety scales and then scan (with comments added) to Division Director of Behavioral Health or designee
Maintain license(s), building inspections, and certificates for site and any other location affiliated with the site.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a mental health discipline required.
Minimum of five years post graduate experience providing therapeutic treatment services is required, including a minimum of three years of management and supervisory experience.
Must be independently licensed – LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or Doctoral Licensure (licensed PsyD, PhD) and maintain licensure throughout employment.
Must have had clinical independent license for at least three years.
Current driver's license, proper auto insurance coverage, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community
Must have access to personal cell phone.
Must become First Aid/ CPR certified if not currently certified.
Must have experience working with a broad range of populations in a clinical environment and be experienced in working with managed care.
