Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise assigned projects, ensuring efficient performance and productivity.
- Ensure projects are completed below budget and ahead of schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Procure adequate labor, materials, and other resources for effective project execution.
- Enforce company safety programs, policies, and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite.
- Work collaboratively with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to meet company standards and comply with plumbing codes.
- Train apprentice plumbers on assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed plumber(Residential/Journeyman/Master).
- Experience in new construction plumbing is required.
- Ability to manage projects and supervise team members effectively.
- Proficiency in documenting job conditions and entering data onto handheld electronic devices.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
