Job Description

The Program Manager oversees and enhances business analytics, ensuring standardized processes and tools, optimizing software effectiveness, and developing the team. They act as a point of reference for high-profile pursuits and provide regular updates to the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to best analytical practices across the team
• Validate and approve new tools or models
• Monitor existing tools to drive actionable insights
• Implement effective models and software across sites
• Optimize analytics effectiveness through continuous improvement
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness of software and justify new implementations
• Recruit, train, and develop site analysts and managers
• Conduct succession planning and performance reviews
• Provide expertise during key pursuits and act as a reference for leadership
• Present regular updates on the analytics team's status to the Executive Team.

Required Education and Experience

·Undergraduate degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, or related technical field, required

·5+ years of analytics experience

·2+ years managing a team of business analysts, data analysts, or other technical teams

·Advanced skillset in data modeling, SQL, and Business Intelligence

·Experience with data science techniques and technologies, including both machine learning and optimization
