Schedule: Friday-Sunday
(Openers rotate every shift)
Opener 10:00 am- 7:00 pm
Day Team 11:00 am- 8:00 pm
Closer 12:000 pm- 9:00 pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding customer service skills to join our team as Budtenders. The ideal candidates will bring a positive energy to the workplace, ensuring that every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression. Budtenders will work closely with a diverse range of customers, providing guidance and assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer feels valued and well-assisted.
Educate customers on different cannabis products, including strains, methods of consumption, and effects.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their preferences and needs.
Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and maintaining an organized workspace.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory and product availability.
Uphold compliance with all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid cannabis work permit.
Location:
Corner of 5th Avenue near Bryant Park, Grand Central Station, New York City.
Compensation:
$20-23 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
