Are you looking for a career opportunity in one of the fastest growing fitness clubs? With 30+ locations currently and 50 locations planned, this position offers tremendous opportunity for growth & career advancement. In this role you will be hyper focused on growing your club’s personal training business while developing your elite training staff to grow their clientele and increase retention through quality and extensive programming. Sales experience is required as well as having a personal training background.

Our Compensation:

Here at Crunch we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to client retention, personal growth, and educational development. 

• Salary given to conduct initial fitness orientations
• 10 hours of personal training sessions per week
• Commission is based upon a percentage of new EFT sales
• Eligible for monthly bonus on total personal training club revenue

Our gyms are packed with the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, weight room, full-service locker rooms with showers, tanning booths, HydroMassage® bed, and an extensive schedule of Crunch’s signature classes including Zumba®, BodyWeb with TRX®, Yoga Body Sculpt, Belly Butt and Thighs Bootcamp, and more.

Compensation: $50,000-$80,000
