As a Job Coach , you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to overcome barriers to employment and support them in their journey toward meaningful work. You will work closely with clients to provide personalized guidance and coaching, helping them develop essential job skills, craft compelling resumes, and improve their interview techniques. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to our mission of fostering self-sufficiency and promoting economic well-being within the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocational counseling or a related field, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by job seekers. YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR JOB COACH

While working as a Job Coach with our human services nonprofit, you dive in headfirst, building trust with participants and nailing those intakes like a pro. You excel at creating Family Contract Amendments. While crafting employment goals that match skills and dreams, you guide participants by tracking progress and untangling program rules. You team up with external businesses to find the best positions possible for our clients. Utilizing FedcapCARES records, you always finish the job. Each do you work rescheduling no-shows and scoring releases. No matter the position, you've got 'em all covered. Out in the community, you're proud to represent Fedcap and do a fantastic job of being our liaison.
