Key Responsibilities:
Ignite Brand Presence: Spark brand awareness and cultivate customer preference to drive significant market share growth.
Multichannel Campaigns: Craft and execute vibrant multichannel campaigns, ensuring our message resonates consistently across all platforms.
Market Insight Mastery: Dive deep into market insights, customer needs, and segment trends to strategically position our brand for a competitive edge.
Customer Connection: Identify new customers, evaluate demand, and measure the impact of marketing campaigns to foster meaningful customer conversations and generate qualified leads.
Global Collaboration: Partner with regional marketing teams to synchronize our global trade show presence and marketing message at key industry events.
Tech Marvels: Identify the optimal channels for marketing new technology, collaborating seamlessly with Global Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development.
Training Dynamo: Develop, evaluate, and conduct engaging training on marketing activities, strategies, and sales tools globally.
Metric Maestro: Devise and track success metrics, presenting progress reports to our dynamic senior leadership.
Global Harmony: Collaborate globally with regional sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective execution of marketing activities.
Contract Maestro: Navigate and negotiate contracts for marketing services, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly deliverables.
Nature and Scope:
Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, you'll be a pivotal part of the Global Marketing Team, interacting with diverse stakeholders, including regional marketing, sales, and global business development teams. Embrace the collaborative spirit, respecting and celebrating various cultures and markets.

Communication and Reasoning Mastery:
Decode complex business documents with finesse.
Respond with urgency to sensitive issues, showcasing your adept negotiation and motivational skills.
Travel:
Embark on exciting journeys, with approximately 25% travel, both domestic and international.
Knowledge & Skills:
5+ years in B2B industries.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Global mindset and experience in global matrix organizations.
Exceptional market research skills.
Previous experience in a technical or construction industry is a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Your role involves a blend of standing and walking (up to 50% of the time), occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), and the thrill of international and domestic travel (up to 30% of the time).
