If so, Wealth Recruitment, LLC is seeking a talented Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, analyzing, and reporting on our comprehensive employee benefits programs. You will assist in designing, implementing, and administering various benefits programs, such as health, retirement, and wellness. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide recommendations for program enhancements. Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and develop reports to evaluate the effectiveness of employee benefits programs
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on benefits utilization and employee feedback
- Research and provide recommendations on emerging trends and best practices in employee benefits
- Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs, including communication materials and employee education initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits programs
- Manage benefits administration systems and platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Stay informed about changes in benefits regulations and proactively address any compliance issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in benefits analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
