Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at the company, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by providing key financial insights and support to our Product and Engineering teams. You'll have the opportunity to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for the Product and Engineering organization.
- Streamline month-end close procedures to align actual results with forecasts and budgets while maintaining precision.
- Participate in month-end close activities for accruals and capitalization.
- Conduct travel expense analysis for each business unit.
- Collaborate with business leaders to analyze and report financial and operational results, identifying growth trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct experience in financial planning and analysis; Accounting background is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across multiple locations.
- Exceptional ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Passion for data accuracy and validation.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Capacity to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Experience with Cognos is advantageous.

Salary Range: $85,400 - $110,600 + Bonus Eligible
