Job Summary

UT Southwestern is in search of a Control and Data Acquisition System (CDAS) Operator to join their Utilities Station team in the Facilities Management department.

CDAS operators at the Clements University Hospital (CUH) are responsible for monitoring and controlling HVAC conditions in the CUH, Zale Lipshy, Ft. Worth Moncrief, and Plano/Richardson clinics. The operator acts as the afterhours (nights and weekends) non-emergency call center for staff, patients, and visitors. In the event of utility outages, CDAS acts as the command center for Facilities Management staff to restore affected utility systems; monitors the Building Automation System, elevator status, the Fire Alarm system, medical gas system and alarms, bed board status, the TransVac system, Swiss Log system, the Cetani temperature monitoring system, and various other critical components in hospital operations.

Work Location: Dallas Campus, Clements Hospital

Shift Requirement: Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
