We understand that every job we do is unique and we will consult with you to create a detailed schedule that fits your needs, whether you need a one-time spring cleaning, special event cleaning, or daily/weekly/biweekly/monthly cleaning.
About the Job / Benefits:
- Includes probationary period
- You need to provide top-quality cleaning services to our commercial and residential clients
- We will provide continuous training to those who are willing to learn and to be trained
- You will be compensated for the mileage
- Weekly pay: Every Friday
- 401k
Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Characteristics of good candidates:
- Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
- Must be willing to learn
- Can work well under limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
Responsibilities:
- Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies
- You will be required to fill any call out positions to help clean occasionally
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Perform inspections of other team members
- Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place
Qualifications
- Previous experience a plus
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed (Vacuum cleaners)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
