Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant
STRIVE Clinic Holyoke, MA About Our Team: We are looking for a Massachusetts Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join the dynamic team at ServiceNet's STRIVE Clinic. Located in Holyoke, the Strive Clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech & language therapy to individuals with brain injury who qualify for services under the ABI/MFP waiver.
Position Responsibilities :
- Assess and treat patients with brain injuries.
- Create, follow and contribute to treatment plans, and document progress.
- Work hands-on with individuals through their ongoing rehabilitation, under the supervision of our physical therapist (if you are a PTA).
- participate in providing balance training, strength training, helping people increase their range of motion, and developing at-home exercise programs.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm Qualifications: - Hold and maintain state and national licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Meet and maintain all health requirements under DPH standards.
- Familiar with EMR software.
- Meet CORI guidelines.
- Valid Driver's License; reliable transportation.
Rate of Pay / Incentives: - starting $25-$35; based on experience. Pay is negotiable.
- Mileage reimbursement if needed to travel to a residential program.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
