Job description

Primal Brewery in Belmont, NC is looking for line cooks to join our team. We are located on 52 Ervin St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working with previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager. Will pay for experience and track record of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Organizing in house and outside catering.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stay clean and organized as well as keeping within health code standards

Qualifications

• 5 years Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
