JOB SUMMARY

As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for improving the efficiencies of the organization’s supply chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors
• Assist with general maintenance, including light painting, carpentry, and basic tools repairs
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage
• Label of materials under required procedures
• Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
• Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
