Job Summary:

Automation Maintenance SE Program Managers

The PMs are responsible for executing the strategy as directed by the team leader, and/or Director, managing specific third-party relationships, and ensuring all Walmart and third-party technicians meet established KPIs via recurring KPI calls.

What you'll do:

The PMS ensure all third-party technicians receive training, tools, and systems access prior to beginning support at an assigned site. The PMs manage issues escalations to ensure system uptime of 99%. The PMs will actively engage with third party leadership and onsite team to ensure KPIs are being met on ongoing basis This role will also lead and manage the corrective actions, reworks, and retrofits across their assigned sites.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years’ experience in facilities management,
construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering,
or related area.
