The Keller Group is supporting our Phoenix based client in search of an experienced and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of this companys growth story and play a key role in shaping the finance department. As a trusted advisor you will collaborate closely with senior leadership providing valuable insights to drive strategic business decisions. This is an onsite position working out of our clients beautiful headquarters in downtown Phoenix. All candidates must be local to Arizona to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes setting annual budget targets and monitoring adherence to the financial plan.
- Financial Modeling: Assist in creation and development of key financial models.
- Analyze: perform high level analysis and identify variances.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare insightful monthly reports on financial and operating results for senior leadership enabling datadriven decisions.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management assisting in board presentations and other analysis projects as required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis with a proven ability to deliver highlevel analysis.
- Skills: Exceptionally organized detailoriented and collaborative. Previous experience with ERP systems is essential.
- Personality: Personable hardworking and highly innovative with a history of supporting senior leadership effectively.
- Work Ethic: Proven change leader; eager to contribute to one of the quickest growing organizations in its sector.

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance required 5 + years in Analyst role required Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) Sharp interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with a variety of leadership Self driven and effective problem solving skills Experience in multi-company financial analysis is highly preferred Positive, upbeat personality eager to contribute
