Working with a team of experienced professionals, our Construction Team members use McBride's proprietary, customized, ERP system, MiTek SAPPHIRE to manage the building process. This cutting edge technology is the gold standard for the home building industry.
Reporting to the Project Manager and the President, you will oversee a team of Assistant Superintendents who work with Union Trades, Local Municipalities, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure a quality product with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
McBride Homes offers competitive compensation ($65,000-$85,000/yr. depending on experience) including vehicle allowance and annual bonus program.
