OVERVIEW
The Packaging Clerk will handle a wide range of administrative and data analytics in support of the packaging and process department.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly Employee Scheduling
- Resolve timekeeping discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Make entries into Kronos
- Coordinate with HR to track and monitor attendance compliance
- Coordinate annual Vacation Scheduling
- Manage Staff Vacation Calendar
- Manage production entries into SAP based on Redzone data
- Manage and audit compliance records within Redzone
- New Hire/Transfer Documentation Prep, Training, Follow Up as needed
- Audit quality documents and serve as department SQF practitioner
- Audit, manage, and support site OPEX data models
- Work closely with corporate on data collection and modeling information
- Site project lead on new data systems.
- Responsible for reporting department OPEX metrics
- Manage SAP entry errors as needed
- Chemical/Process Aid Inventory
- Weekly/bi-weekly Chemical Count
- Quiz/Training Preparation, Grading and Submittal
- Action Item Email Update/Reminders Report (DSM)
- Support other projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Preferred Work Experiences
- Manufacturing environment
- Clerical duties associated with Food Manufacturing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications
- Familiarity with SAP
- Familiarity with Kronos
- SQF understanding
- Auditing Compliance records
- Familiarity with Redzone preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School degree or equivalent.

LOCATION OF ROLE
- The expected pay range for this position is $44,000-$74,000 and will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
