Accounting Analyst

• Location: Belcamp, MD (Hybrid)
• Security Clearance: None - U.S. citizenship required
• Salary: $57,000 - $67,000 Depending on Experience and Education

Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Accounting Analyst to support our Corporate office in Belcamp, MD. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring accounts receivable and contacting customers (with the assistance of projects finance team) to collect payment against aged invoices and processing credit card payments
• Entering cash receipts into the DelTek Costpoint accounting system
• Tracking subtenant's rental income and verify lease payment schedules
• Assist Accounting with processing expense reports
• Assist Accounts Payable with scanning and filing invoices and expense reports, using metadata in SharePoint
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations
• Assist Accounting/Contracts/Subcontracts with various projects and tasks as needed
• Assist Accounting in tracking and validating fixed assets to financial statements
• Assist in providing backup for payroll processing as needed

Minimum Qualifications of Accounting Analyst

Associate's Degree in related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
