Responsibilities
Conducting initial client interviews with a focus on cases involving potential bankruptcy, debt collection and garnishment issues
Perform public records searches.
Work collaboratively with clients in gathering documents, credit reports, and other financial information.
Assist attorneys in communicating with clients
Participate in weekly case review meetings to present new clients for case acceptance determination
Under attorney supervision, provide clients with additional advice and guidance as needed
