BSWH is seeking a FulltimePsychiatrist Leader to join our outstanding Round Rock Mental Health Department.

• Position will be responsible for seeing a full patient panel as well as overseeing all leadership components of the Mental Health department.
• Position will be tasked to develop a plan for a more cost effective and sustainable mental health practice model.
• The Mental Health Department is comprised of 14 psychotherapists and 7 psychiatrists who work together as a team to take care of our patients.
• We are seeking a leader who can innovate the delivery of care within our Mental Health Department.
• We offer work flexibility for providers in this position and offer virtual care to our patients.
• The Round Rock Mental Health clinic is very busy and supports our region in providing all levels of outpatient care.
• Position includes no hospital call.

Qualifications :

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
