We run a fast-growing law firm. We have, and continue to build, great policies, systems, and procedures in our business. This means you will have clear expectations and a lot of guidance on how we want things done. However, no system is perfect. We need intelligent people who can make decisions, think for themselves, and move things in the best direction, all the while being supported by a collaborative and supportive team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner's calendar to ensure all relevant information is included, appointments are scheduled according to availability, and double bookings are avoided
- Plan and coordinate professional engagements with referral partners and vendors
- Arrange personal matters for the owner, such as medical and personal care appointments and auto detailing as needed
- Monitor emails, categorize them into folders, and answer them as instructed
- Participate in client and team meetings and draft action items based on notes taken
- Take responsibility for travel arrangements with both business and personal considerations in mind
- Organize and clean office spaces to ensure orderliness
- Facilitate weekly one-on-ones and daily stand-ups with the owner
- Handle personal tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and vet appointments
- Conduct project management and event planning for the owner and the company
- Secure supplies and equipment when needed
- Fetch and deliver documents to necessary locations
- Accomplish additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and must be able to learn other software quickly
- Possess a professional demeanor and communication skills
- Must present themself adequately
