A key player within the Franchise and Integrated Planning process, the Disney+ Franchise Management and Integrated Planning Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflows and approvals of our Global Marketing campaign assets. As the first point of contact, this person will work with our Global Marketing Teams at Disney+, Studio Marketing, and Disney Branded Television to provide key creative requirements on campaign materials. This person will manage our creative approvals tool, working with our third-party platform partners to ensure up-to-date capabilities for our evolving business. Additionally, this role will also support our Disney+ Franchise Management and Integrated Planning team in developing key Franchise roadmaps, planning materials, to drive global alignment.

Responsibilities
Franchise Management and Marketing Approvals
- Day-to-day support for Approvals Workflow Platform to ensure efficient approvals process.
- Work with Zendesk to ensure up-do-date tool functionality.
- Facilitate creative request ticket tracking materials.
- Partner with cross-functional Marketing teams (Studio, Disney+, Disney Branded TV) to garner creative approvals of Global Marketing Campaign Assets.
- Day-to-day point-of- contact in operational responsibilities and process managements of creative approval requests.
- Collaborates with Franchise Management team on creative reviews, learning key stewardship guidelines.
Presentation and Collateral Development
- Partner with International Marketing Team to gather campaign plans to help inform Integrated Planning workflows.
- Support Manager to keep team collaboration tools and calendars (Box, Google, Airtable) to ensure up-to-date effective record-keeping, communication, and efficiency.
- Develop campaign wrap up documentation for Disney+ Franchise campaigns.
- Manage Disney+ Franchise Guidebook to ensure materials are up-to-date.
Basic Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management of entertainment properties with multiple key stakeholders.

- Engaging and enthusiastic presentation skills with strong and confident executive presence.

- Understanding of marketing landscape, particularly in the streaming or DTC space
- Background with media or brands as well as shepherding large scale, cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organization.
- High degree of competency around marketing strategy and operations.
- Experience with collaboration software and databases.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working through a matrixed structure to deliver the end solution.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film, or related field.
The hiring range for this position in CA is $52,400.00 to $70,200.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
