We're a part of Symmetry Financial Group, known as The Busick Agency, and we're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team. As a sales representative, you'll be pivotal in running appointments for a range of essential products including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and more - all from the comfort of your own home.

**Position Overview:**
- Commission-based role with average commissions around $550 per sale.
- Agents typically sell between 2 to 10 sales per week, depending on part-time/full-time status.
- Regular opportunities for commission level increases, with a 5% raise achievable every two months based on production.
- Promotions are solely based on individual performance, not corporate politics.
