The Opportunity:

As a Distribution Planning Specialist, you will be an integral part of our ambitious and dynamic teams. You'll work closely with our global supply team to ensure seamless distribution flow, contributing to the success of our brand in the US and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to oversee the distribution flow to our valued clients, ensuring optimal sales revenue.
Manage the distribution flow of the S+ US warehouse, ensuring data consistency between EDI flows and the order book.
Monitor daily orders to ensure proper transmission, minimize errors, and address corrections promptly.
Build and validate order allocation plans, ensuring timely preparation orders for our 3PL provider.
Analyze stock levels and collaborate with the team in France to address upcoming tensions or shortages.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with the North America team, providing updates on fill rates, tension projections, and more.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and participate in the ERP migration starting in 2025.
Assist in the implementation of KPIs and dashboards, including completion rate, stock projection, fill rate, and sell-in.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain (Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, or Customer Service).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities with an organized and rigorous approach.
Adaptability to new tools and concepts.
Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.
Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PPT, etc.) and databases like Power BI. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and SAP4) is a plus.
Languages: Mastery of French is a bonus.
An APICS license (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
