Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and promote the Straumann brand in the dental industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the dental industry.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Straumann products in respective areas.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their individual and team goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals, dental clinics, and dental laboratories in respective areas.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions using Straumann's products and services.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and dental associations to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the market share of Straumann products.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the dental industry to make informed business decisions.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Straumann's product portfolio and provide training and support to the sales team.
- Assist customers in product selection, providing technical information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Planning:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Contribute to the development of the annual budget and strategic planning for the Straumann sales department.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and sales leadership, particularly in the dental or medical industry.
- Dental products and services knowledge is a plus,
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Willingness to travel as needed within country and occasionally internationally.
