Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and promote the Straumann brand in the dental industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the dental industry.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Straumann products in respective areas.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their individual and team goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals, dental clinics, and dental laboratories in respective areas.
    • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions using Straumann's products and services.
    • Collaborate with key opinion leaders and dental associations to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
  3. Market Expansion:
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the market share of Straumann products.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the dental industry to make informed business decisions.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional and marketing campaigns.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of Straumann's product portfolio and provide training and support to the sales team.
    • Assist customers in product selection, providing technical information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Reporting and Planning:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
    • Contribute to the development of the annual budget and strategic planning for the Straumann sales department.
