Job Title: Network Systems Operations Manager Job Requisition: R72971 Job Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania Job Duties: Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Accountable for executing data queries, data collection, and data validations to drive operations. Choose right data source and data solutions for network in line with leadership team. Responsible for systems programming within network, and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Respond to data requests, work as tech liaison between internal departments and IT to ascertain purpose of data collection, ensure accuracy of data, and ensure correct data is collected for decision-making. Responsible for maintenance, advancement, and programming of internal system and components. Increase operational efficiency through reduction of false job starts, inappropriate job initiation, implementation of system driven process improvement tools, and incomplete business requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot systems, and assist users with training, UAT, system errors, new workflow integration, and enhancements. Forecast system challenges and proactively addresses them. Drive projects from start to finish by defining the scope, goals, deliverables, and maintaining timelines to drive business results. May telecommute. Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 2 years of experience in a related occupation. Must include some experience in each of the following: 1) Conducting workflow design and .NET application programming; 2) Using programming language to configure existing and prospective systems components through SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, Visual Basic for Applications, and XML; 3) Writing SQL in Oracle, Netezza, and MySQL; 4) Developing and configuring Microsoft Access database management system; and 5) Building data sources and reporting in Tableau.
