Summary of Job Purpose:
The Technical Support Project Manager is responsible to oversee all company technical support projects, coordinate project teams and ensure technical support projects are completed on time and reaching goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead all Technical Projects that support Company Technical Support Department objectives set by the Manager Technical Support and the Chief Operating Officer.
- Organize project teams to achieve department initiatives and goals, coordinate resources and collaborate across departments.
- Manage projects including project planning, creation of timelines, tracking, and prioritizing such as:
o Cost Control – Support Operations to improve Efficiency, K%, Repaired v/s New Parts.
o Assisting in Kaizen events for migrating all micro phases modified single piece flow
o My_IND Deployment – Ensuring My_IND is deployed in all micro phases.
Working with technicians and corporate to ensure method and instructions are correct
o Improved Method - Develop tools and new process to improve accuracy and repeatability
o Industrializing New Repairs / Smart MRO Implementation (Cryogenic, Ciiclad, LAKi, etc… ).
o Technical Support Request
Improving the method of shop requesting work from Technical Support and feedback loop.
o Tech Support Training Schedule Understand technical knowledge requirements and develop training schedule for new engineers
- Responsible to effectively communicate work progress status to all levels of corporate and site management
- Apply expert knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

Job Requirements

Required Competencies:
Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
• Five years + of experience in Engines MRO production support and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Mgmt., Aviation/Aerospace, or relevant degree.
• Master's Degree (M.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
• Advance Level – Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project Management and Leadership Skills
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, analytical and abstract thinking skills
• Time management and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:
• Good physical and mental health
• Employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
