What you will do:

The Office of the General Counsel is seeking to hire a part-time Staff Assistant OPS, hours will vary between 20-30 hours a week. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assign, respond to and process public records requests through the Florida DCF Public Records Center.
• Assist department personnel and the public on issues with public records requests.
• Communicate with the regions regarding requests assigned to them through the Florida DCF Public Records Center.
• Helps with redactions of records.
• Admin tasks: runs reports, creation of user accounts, and removal of users no longer needing access.
• Oversees, monitors, and maintains the public records management software.
• Other duties as assigned.
