Job description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
This Operations Program Manager (OPM) role will provide exposure to Operations project management practices and interaction with all levels of leadership. This role will be a dual role, allocating half time to supporting a lead Operations Program Manager on a large development program as well as supporting the ACES affordability program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to Lead OPM by working with Engineering, Manufacturing management, Supplier quality management, Supply Chain management, Procurement, and Logistics to drive problem resolution.
- Gain understanding of the three pillars of an OPM role, driving to lower cost, maintain quality product, and keep programs on schedule.
- Attend factory stand up meetings to gain understanding of factory setting and communicate road blocks and issues to Lead OPM.
- Analysis of hours per unit (HPU), Defects, unit production cost (UPC), Scrap and Rework data, to identify areas for efficiencies, cost reduction, and other opportunities
- Leading cross functional program Affordability meetings to present data analysis and recommendations.
- Engagement with factories on metrics and continuous improvement projects.
- Driving and maintaining actions item lists
- Providing critical data for Product Line and Customer meetings
- Provide Supply Chain containment support when issues arise with inventory and configurations
- Participate in special projects as appropriate.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, and business/ finance.
- 4+ years work experience or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) V Lookup, Pivot tables.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written to present to all levels of leadership.
- Highly motivated and solution oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Ability to hold others accountable to actions and action closure.
- Must be able to obtain secret clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Power BI experience

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
