Role Description
 

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Pastor role located in Jackson, MS. 

The Assistant Pastor will work closely with the lead pastor to provide spiritual guidance and support to the church community, assist with church programs and events, and develop and lead new initiatives to engage with the community.

Qualifications:

• A deep commitment to faith and a passion for serving others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in pastoral care and Christian education preferred.
• Experience in program development and event planning preferred.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
