The Challenge and The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute impactful email campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals, such as lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Segment and target audience groups to deliver personalized, relevant content that resonates with our customers.
• Develop and maintain an email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and optimize customer engagement.
• Continuously test and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to improve campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
• Analyze email campaign metrics and produce regular performance reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations in email marketing to inform strategy development and drive innovation.

Crafts Group, a Premier Needle Arts (PNA) company, is responsible for managing a portfolio of four well-known consumer brands: Connecting Threads, Knit Picks, Superior Threads, and Crochet.com. Our approach is hands-on, and our priority is to provide fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that align with our customers' preferences while maintaining exceptional quality.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing required, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and experience with A/B testing and segmentation.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and compliance with privacy and anti-spam regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling copy.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email design is a plus.

We provide a competitive compensation package, and pay rates are based on your skills and experience. In addition to that, we offer bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

The starting pay range is $19.00/hour to $30.50/hour.
