Job description
The Staffing Coordinator will be working out of all Sodexo Live! Louisville venues - the KFC Yum! Center, L&N Stadium, and Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center.
Non Profit Organizations (NPOs) serve as a valuable resource for supplementing the workforce and filling staffing needs, primarily within Sodexo Live!’s sports-related venues. Sodexo Live! partners with local 501c3 Non Profit Organizations to offer fundraising opportunities in exchange for providing workers to operate food and beverage stations during games and events.
The Non-Profit Coordinator is responsible for staffing and overseeing current roster of Non-Profit Organization partners and their volunteers. The coordinator serves as a liaison between the non-profit leaders and Sodexo Live! management. They will work to develop effective and sustainable relationships with group leaders so that these partnerships are retained throughout the season, mutually benefitting both the Company and the group.
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Coordinator is additionally responsible for the administration and compliance of non profit group contracts, scheduling, training, payment, communication and all other matters pertaining to these groups. The Staffing Coordinator will support the HR function by performing other duties within the department, as assigned by the HR Manager, and they will maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality, as they are exposed to sensitive Company and employee information. The Coordinator will act with some independence to ensure fairness and objectivity for all employees while exemplifying and supporting Sodexo Live!’s vision, mission and values
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
