Job Description :
- Contract resource with deep WFM experience, some of the critical knowledge and experience needed are:
- Machine learning / automation
- Contact center demand planning / long range forecasting
- Scheduling
Must-Haves :
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Mid/Senior level candidate needed (5-10 years ideal)
- EXCELLENT communication skills, they need to be strong communicators with internal and external clients
- Machine Learning/ Automation experience - specifically related to WFM processes and systems
- 5-10 years of Contact Center Demand Planning (WFM Related) - larger contact center environment experience HIGHLY preferred
- Experience with both ST and LT Scheduling (WFM related)
