Job description

• Utilize picking lists to retrieve products from shelves, bins, or specific areas, ensuring

consistency and preventing delays.

• Operate with a sense of urgency as quality control teams depend on swift actions to carry out

inspections and loading responsibilities.

• Understand and adhere to all company specified order picking protocols, encompassing

appropriate handling, equipment usage, and documentation of selected items.

• Keep workspace organized and secure in line with company guidelines and safety procedures.

Promptly address and report any safety issues or inconsistencies.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Quality Control team, ensuring all products

are ready for inspections and subsequent steps.

• Inventory Reporting: Notify supervisors of any stock discrepancies or shortages to prevent

potential delays.

• Routinely inspect and test all company issued material handling equipment, tools, and

machinery prior to use to ensure functionality and to maintain good condition. Alert the

appropriate personnel of any equipment issues or malfunctions.

• Perform other duties assigned.

• Work mandatory overtime as required.
