Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce administration with focus on Sales Cloud
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles allocating roles and managing access.
- Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
- Ability to apply critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows reports custom objects and validation rules.
