Job description
- Manage staff deliverables, tax planning, and write-up work for various entities.
- Review complex tax projections for individuals and entities.
- Monitor client deliverables, handle tax returns, and conduct tax research.
- Communicate with IRS and state agencies during audits and inquiries.
- Delegate projects efficiently and provide support to staff.
- Engage with clients, contribute to business development, and lead department knowledge.
- Assist in employee training and career guidance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
- Eligibility for CPA.
- Knowledge of ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus.
