- Comprehensive , integrated geriatric practice
- Variety of patient care: geriatric primary care; geriatric assessments; home-based primary care; assisted living, long-term and skilled facilities; palliative care; and IP geriatric consultation service
- Teaching opportunities with IM and FM residencies
- Team of 2 physicians, 5 NPs and 1 PA
- Flexible schedule: 4 days/week + shared call (phone only)
