Job Overview:
Curenta is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product to lead our product team. As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for shaping the company's product strategy and roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring our products to market and drive business growth. This is a hybrid position that entails working both remotely and on-site.
Director of Product, Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the company's product vision and strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decision-making
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product features and technical requirements
- Ensure the successful execution and delivery of products, on time and within budget
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, and use data to drive product improvements and optimizations
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to drive innovation and keep our products competitive
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the entire lifecycle
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends
- Previous experience in the software industry is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
