Job description
Sailpoint IIQ Consultant
Candidates provided must be pre-screened tensure they fully meet the qualifications and experience level requirements.
Key Requirements
- Must have Sailpoint experience and have the ability thit the ground running
- Experience with connector development and customization.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Java/Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.
- Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint
- Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications
- Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related tidentity management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability twork independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SailPoint IdentityNow certification.
- Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related tidentity and access management.
- Provide timely and effective resolution tcustomer-reported problems and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams tensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Enhancements and Development:
- Participate in small-scale development projects tenhance SailPoint functionality and meet evolving business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute tthe improvement of existing processes and workflows.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Implement measures tenhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with team members tconduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.
Connected Applications Integration:
- Work closely with various business units tintegrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient IAM environment.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer tteam members and end-users as needed.
Minimum Requirements/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ experience supporting Sailpoint applications
