Job description
Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. We are a rapidly growing company and as such, are looking for dedicated and driven individuals to add to our existing dynamic team. We are currently seeking an Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management. This position has responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
This position is full time and will require working in our Boca Raton, FL office Tuesday - Thursday, and remotely on Monday and Friday.
Job Description
- Partners with the VP of HR in implementing effective people initiatives & interventions to increase productivity, drive employee engagement and improve retention.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Manages and resolves employee relations queries and issues, including escalation of more complex situations as appropriate.
- Administers retirement and benefits plans for the organization including managing open enrollments, resolving claims issues, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
- Administers the performance management program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Responds to government agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous multistate/multisite, experience
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation required
- Knowledge and proficiency working with an HRIS; ADP preferred
- Microsoft Office skills including Word (Basic), Excel (Intermediate), Power Point (Advanced), Outlook (Basic) required
- Exceptional employee relations and conflict management skills required
- Able to respond quickly to changing requests with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience supporting transitions and projects preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities required

- 5-7 years related experience required with working knowledge of human resource disciplines including employee relations, diversity, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, and federal and state employment laws.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
Certifications/Licenses:
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred, not required
