Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent technical support and assistance to our managed services customers. The Technical Support Specialist will play a key role as a first point of contact in troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving customer incidents and requests. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, aptitude to learn new technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
