Job description
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the management of multiple construction projects, ranging from small projects to large-scale commercial and retail projects. You will be expected to manage these projects from the ground up, including budgeting, scheduling, material selection, and quality control. Your experience in managing construction in the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors as well as airports, education, and ground-up construction will be essential

As a Superintendent, you will be involved in every aspect of a project. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. You will be expected to manage budgets, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and maintain quality control during the construction process.
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management. A Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. You must also have knowledge of commercial construction, retail projects, hospitality projects, airports projects, ground-up construction, and/or education construction. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This position offers a salary of $100k - $160k annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a generous vacation policy.
