Job Title: Oracle DBA
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team. This position will be based in Albany, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle databases in an AIX/Unix environment, including implementations, upgrades, conversions, and consolidations.
- Ensure database compliance, security, and auditing, utilizing Oracle Advanced Security features, remote authentication, and Oracle wallet configuration.
- Install, maintain, and optimize databases supporting OBIEE and Oracle Business Intelligence Application software.
- Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for database monitoring, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Maintain Oracle databases on AIX that support SAP BusinessObject InfoView, as well as applications using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in database installations, maintenance, and tuning.
- Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and issue resolution.
- Experience supporting databases for OBIEE, Oracle Business Intelligence Applications, SAP BusinessObject InfoView, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
